How can I be sure that you received my CV?

Once you have registered for an employment offer, you’ll receive an email sent to the email address you used to register, confirming that your candidacy has been received. This will be an automatically generated email, and it may take up to 48 hours to receive it. If you haven’t received the email within that time period, we recommend that you should:

  • Check your spam email folder.
  • Make sure that you gave us your email address correctly.
  • If you still need assistance, write to charging.seleccion@adecco.com specifying the employment position and name of the company.
I’d like to work at JV, what do I have to do?

We post all of our job vacancies at our selection partner’s employment portal. It is essential to register for the position you are interested in, so that we can evaluate your candidacy.

Do you accept candidates by email?

I have a disability or illness that requires support during the registration and selection process

If you need inclusive technologies in order to complete the registration process, please write to us at charging.seleccion@adecco.com. We will also take your situation into account during the selection process, and adjust the testing and logistics, to make sure that your candidacy will be properly evaluated. All the information you share with us will be treated as strictly confidential.

How does the selection process work?

The selection process begins online at the employment portal, where you can register for any of the open vacancies. The selection team will then review your candidacy and keep you informed by email as the process advances. If we decide to invite you to take tests, we’ll notify you by telephone or email, and from that time forward, all follow up contacts will be individualised and will take place through one of those channels.

How can I find out the status of my candidacy?

You can log in to your account at our selection partner’s employment portal. Once you have logged in there, you’ll be able to view the status of your candidacy, along with any new opportunities.

I’m interested in working at JV, but I don’t see any open positions right now.

You can always register for the general employment offer, which will give us a chance to evaluate your spontaneous candidacy. We review those profiles regularly, and also each time we post a new position.

Payment

I’m trying to charge my vehicle by paying with a credit/debit card, but it doesn’t work

The only type of payments we accept at the terminal are contactless debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Amex), Google Pay, and Apple Pay. To start the payment process, press the button that appears below “Pay with card” on the touchscreen. Then follow the instructions that will then appear.*

*During the charging process we’ll process a temporary payment of €20. When you’ve finished charging your vehicle, you’ll only pay for the amount of that charging, and the rest will be refunded to you. Please remember that your bank may take a few hours or days to process that refund.

If you’re having problems, the quickest solution is usually to try another card.

I held my card up to the reader, but I still can’t start charging my vehicle because the charger won’t unlock, or I get the error message “Your card payment is not possible right now”

Some banks or card issuers put a limit on how much you can pay with contactless card transactions, and above that limit, they require entry of a PIN number. If your bank or card issuer has set a limit that’s below the amount the charging system pre authorises (€45), you won’t be able to start charging your vehicle.

Sometimes your bank’s app will let you adjust your limit for contactless card transactions, and in such cases, you can change your preferences and then try paying with your card again.

Contact your bank/card issuer and ask them to increase your limit for contactless card transactions.

Banks and card issuers usually restrict the number of consecutive contactless card transactions (up to 10 transactions), so if you’re trying to start charging but have exceeded that limit, the bank/issuer will decline the transaction. To solve this problem, you should perform a different transaction by inserting your card into a point-of-sale terminal that requests a PIN number, and then try using your card at the charging station (which does not have a keyboard or PIN pad that lets you enter a PIN number).

You can also contact your bank/card issuer and ask them to increase the number of consecutive contactless card transactions you can perform, or you may need to ask them to activate contactless transactions for your card.

I didn’t receive any refund for the amount of the temporary payment.

The amount of the temporary payment (€20) is processed before you start charging your vehicle, and when your charging is finished, the final value of the payment is adjusted. Sometimes, depending on your bank or card issuer, refunding of any amount you are owed can take a few hours or days (up to a maximum of 7 days). If you don’t receive the appropriate refund, please contact your bank.

I need an invoice

To request an invoice after charging your vehicle, please go to the following link and enter the date and the amount you paid to charge your vehicle.

Operations

Where can I find a charging station?

Our network of charging stations is still growing, but it already extends across the entire Iberian Peninsula and its major roads. Our goal is to have 5,000 charging stations available in Spain and Portugal by the year 2025. Please take a look at our section to find a charging station near you.

What are the opening hours for your charging stations?

All our charging stations are available 24/7. This means that you can find the charging services you need for your electric vehicle in a wide range of locations at any time.

Which electric vehicles can be charged at your charging stations?

Our charging systems are compatible with all electric vehicles equipped with a CCS connection. This applies to our entire network of charging stations.

*CCS stands for Combined Charging System, which is an international charging standard for electric vehicles. A CCS connection is usually able to provide direct current (DC) electricity.

How long will it take to charge my electric vehicle?

Almost all of our charging stations offer rapid charging. However, the exact amount of time it will take to complete a charge depends on various factors. Also, once you reach 80% the charging speed decreases significantly. On average, it takes our customers 15 minutes to give their battery a 60% charge.

These are some of the most important variables:

  • The battery technology your electric vehicle uses
  • The condition of your battery
  • External factors (outdoor temperature and battery temperature)
How do I start charging my vehicle?

To pay with a card, just follow these step-by-step instructions:

  • Select payment by card: press the “Pay with card” button appearing on the main screen.
  • Authorise payment: hold your smartphone, card, or smartwatch up to the terminal, just to the right of the screen. You will first be charged €45 as a temporary payment, but once you’ve finished the charging process, you’ll only pay the amount of your actual charging.
  • Select the charging connector: press the button on the main screen below the connector you want to use.
  • Plug the charging connector into your electric vehicle: as soon the blue LED light starts to blink on the charging connector you selected, connect it to your vehicle.
  • Complete the charging process: go back to the charging menu you were using before validation, and press the button appearing on the screen to finalise your charge. You can now unplug the connector from your electric vehicle and reattach it to the charging station.
